What do you need to start an MEP BOQ?
The MEP drawings (PDF or DWG) or the BIM model, the specifications, and the measurement standard or BOQ format you want. If the design is incomplete, assumptions are listed clearly in the BOQ.
Which measurement standards do you work to?
NRM2 and POMI for building services, CESMM3 or CESMM4 for civils and infrastructure, or your own house format.
Can you price the BOQ as well?
Yes. Tender BOQs can be priced from market rates and supplier quotes, or left unpriced for tendering.
How is the fee calculated?
Each package is quoted as a fixed fee in USD or NZD based on the project size and scope. Fee proposals are usually issued within five working days.
How do you work with Gulf project teams from New Zealand?
Drawings and queries are exchanged by email and WhatsApp. The time difference means work progresses overnight, so updates are often waiting in your inbox the next morning.
