Quantus Consulting is a quantity surveying and cost management practice working primarily as a sub-consultant to consultants, developers and contractors. Our core focus is MEP cost management — measuring, pricing and appraising building services from concept to IFC.
Alongside MEP we support infrastructure cost management to CESMM3/4, lifecycle costing, 2D and 3D quantification, BOQ preparation and option appraisal. Based in Napier, we work in New Zealand and internationally.
